You can send us a complaint or ask us a question through any of these channels, before or after your booking or purchase.
2. Scope
These terms govern the use of https://www.enkanto.mx, room bookings through our booking engine and purchases in the online shop when it is open. When you confirm a booking or an order, you expressly accept these terms.
3. Prices
Before you confirm a booking, the booking engine shows the breakdown and the total amount to pay: the room rate, the cleaning fee, IVA (Mexican VAT), the lodging tax and any extras you choose. Online shop prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) with IVA included. We charge nothing beyond the total you accept (art. 7 bis of Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law).
4. Bookings, payment and cancellation
- Process: you choose dates and a room, review the breakdown and the total, and confirm.
- Payment: credit or debit card in the booking engine (Beds24); in the online shop, card through Stripe.
- Lodging cancellation policy (as the booking engine shows it):
- 100% refund: cancellation 30 or more days before arrival;
- 50% refund: cancellation 15 to 29 days before arrival;
- no refund: cancellation 14 days or less before arrival.
5. Information security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. Your card details go directly to Beds24 or Stripe; we do not store them on this site. We treat the information you give us as confidential and do not disclose it or pass it to providers outside the transaction, except with your express authorization or at the request of a competent authority (art. 76 bis fr. I). How we process your personal data is described in the privacy notice.
6. Alcoholic beverages
We sell and serve alcoholic beverages only to people 18 or older (art. 220 of Mexico’s General Health Law). In the online shop, checkout asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. El abuso en el consumo de este producto es nocivo para la salud (alcohol abuse is harmful to your health).
7. Marketing messages
We respect your decision not to receive marketing messages. You can ask us to send you none by writing to enkanto.mx@gmail.com.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and other content of the site belong to Viñedos En’kanto or to their owners, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for the goods and services we sell as the law provides. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law gives you.
10. Record keeping
We keep the record of each order, booking or contract (the data message with your acceptance) complete, unaltered and accessible for at least 10 years (art. 49 of Mexico’s Commercial Code). You can ask us for a copy at enkanto.mx@gmail.com.
11. Governing law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. You can file a complaint with Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), https://www.gob.mx/profeco. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ensenada, Baja California, without prejudice to PROFECO’s authority.
We may change these terms; each version is published here with its date. A booking or order is governed by the terms in force on the date you confirmed it.
