Our estate grown, limited production Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged 10 months in French Oak. Beautifully balanced, this wine pairs well with Fridays and crossing the finish line.

Our Grapes
At Viñedo Enkanto, every bottle of wine begins in our own vineyard. We planted our vines in 2010 in Valle de Guadalupe, a region known for its ideal climate and rich soils, perfect for winemaking. We grow Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, taking advantage of the warm days and cool nights to produce grapes that are well-balanced and full of flavor.
From the start, we have been committed to organic and biodynamic farming. We don’t use pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, relying instead on natural methods to maintain the health of our vineyard. Every grape is hand-picked at peak maturity, ensuring the highest quality in every bottle.
Valle de Guadalupe brings a unique character to our wines. The combination of mineral-rich soils and the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean allows each harvest to showcase the best of this region. At Viñedo Enkanto, our goal is to preserve that authenticity and share it in every glass.
Artisan Wines
September and October are a busy time when our grapes are crushed and go through the fermentation process with daily attention and testing.
All our wines are made in very small batches to produce balanced and flavorful wines. Our red wines are then aged for 16 – 24 months in American & French oak barrels.
